Far from her Midwest roots, Kaci, keeps the brewery operating “like a Swiss watch”. Having a masters degree in psychology, we call her the company “shrink”. Whether, brewing, managing the staff, ordering supplies, or tending the bar in the Tap Room, Kaci is the ultimate professional and a great positive force.
