Mindy Winquist

Consulting Brew Master

Mindy has been very active in her 26 years.  After growing up in Scottsdale Arizona, Mindy’s education included a degree from Arizona State University and extensive time in England including the study of brewing science at Sunderland University in their internationally renowned Brew Lab department . Throughout her adult life, Mindy has also continued her family’s interests in the wine industry in Oregon.  She was instrumental in the initial development of the brewery and continues to consult on many facets of brewery operations.
