Victor Winquist

Co-owner

Friend and business partner of Dale, Vic, was schooled in brewing in England at Sunderland University, has 40 years experience in the fermentation industry..  With his devoted interest in the history of brewing and historical brewing recipes, Vic spent much time in Europe talking with brewers, learning of their brewing techniques,  reviewing historic recipes and analyzing malts and hops before he created the beer recipes for the Old Bisbee Brewing.
