Mountain Lime Lager Our new beer!

Our new beer - Mountain Lime Lager. Available at the Tap Room in late May, our new beer is a real summer treat. Inspiration came from from walking onto the back deck of my house here in Bisbee on a Spring morning. A waff of lime fragrence from two blooming lime trees in the neighborhood created a freshness sooo invigorating. The essence of this experience is captured in our Mountain Lime Lager.
As far as we know, the two lime trees of Bisbee are very rare and the produce fruit of such fragrance and flavor they are very special. At a mile high elevation, they receive special care during our short winter months but seem to thrive in our over 300 days of sunshine and polution free air. Using some lime zest in the brewing process, the essence of our limes has been captured in this unique beer. Low in alcohol at 3.7% and with a light touch of hops not to mask the reshness, enjoy our Mountain Lime Lager in our new beer garden opening this summer adjoining the brewery.

I am redoing my room, and I am going to get new furniture. I am getting a double bed, bookshelf, desk, drawers, and a glass case for my snow globe collection.
