The advantage of having a Tap Room is the feedback we get about our beers.
As a lot of you know, I spend a lot of time talking with our friends/customers in the Tap Room. While we always seek to produce the highest quality beers possible, decisions have to be made regarding type and style of beers to make in the future. The feedback from you, the customer, is very important to us and I spend a lot of time in the Tap Room asking what types of beers customers like. Always feel free to give us your thoughts. I am not making the beers for me but for you. Vic Winquist.

One can decide on the usage as well. Suppose one has increased the consumption of the flour and still has the low capacity mill he can either change to the one with a higher capacity or start to use the same that they have every week instead of every fortnight. It is not only easy to use but at the same time does not require a complete day to complete the task. The work can be done in no time at all. if one compares it to the time that is required to go to a professional and standing in the line for their turn to come, the home mill is sure to sound beneficial. And not to mention the fuel expenses and the money that will be spend each time. With a little initial investment one can not only save a lot of time but also keep the family healthy.
