Our Beers

When studying brewing in England, Vic, was given some very interesting advice about creating a stout.  “Think about it Vic who could afford the best malts and hops and, thus, have created the best of stouts.  The nobility, the royal houses of Europe”.  In the search that followed, an obscure recipe for the Danish Royal House was found and became the basis for our recipe. Our Stout adds a slight chocolate after taste to the coffee flavors by adding a little crystal and victory malt to the roasted barley and black barley malt. And this stout also has the power of an Imperial army to bring out all the flavors. You will find that this stout typifies what is great in a stout without the bitterness all too common in stouts.
